ABOUT
Lily Hupp, born and raised in the suburbs of Canton Ohio, moved to Cleveland to pursue a degree at The Cleveland Institute of Art. In 2024 she graduated with a BFA in Jewelry & Metals. At CIA, she discovered her inspiration in form, color, texture, sparkles, and mixed materials. Her work is centered around creating jewelry that excites and boosts the wearer’s internal happiness, embodying the idea of jewelry as art that can be touched and worn. Lily's creations focus on making little sculptures for the body, allowing her inner child to explore and push the boundaries of her adult skills. Her pieces often feature elements that move or rattle, with colors drawn from hyper-feminine aesthetics, childhood references, and glam. Through the use of vibrant colors, playful elements, and mixed materials, her work aims to positively adorn and affect the wearer.
When she is not in the studio she enjoys hanging out with friends, throwing the occasional dinner party, baking, making terrariums, tending to her 50+ house plants, and of course loving on her sweet cats, Dolly and Pearl.
